Colt model 1851, 6 shots american percussion revolver. Best known as "Dragoon" referred to the famous cavalry speciality. In fact this revolver heavier to be carried at the belt and so they were most commonly carried as a pair in holsters mounted across the horses neck. Produced till 1850. Entirely made in cast metal with a wooden butt. Not fireable. Overall lenght 34 cms.
