Scale reproduction of a one-headed flail used by warriors mounted on horseback. Blunt weapon very effective during melee fights, in use between the XIIth and XVth centuries mainly in central Europe. Handle made in hardwood with a shaped grip. On the upper tip is fixed a metal chain linked to a dark varnished wooden sphere filled with metal points, while the lower tip ends in a pommel refined with a leather lace. In leather is also the fringed cuff that crowns the upper part of the handle.

Overall lenght 46 cms.
