Playing a round shield of the sixteenth century, dating from the reign of Charles V, now preserved at the Royal Armory in Madrid. Made of metal with a natural finish. The outer frame is decorated with gilded metal. The convex interior is decorated with floral motifs, while the center, in relief, is depicted the profile of the Emperor for round metal gold. Circular and convex profile, in use from the fourteenth to the sixteenth century, with clypeus in the middle ground and brass figured embossed.
