Reproduction is assembled by hand in wood and burnished cast metal of a medieval siege battering ram mounted on a fixed structure. The function of the Battering Ram was to break down walls and gates operated by hand by soldiers employees.

Was constructed with wooden logs usually slaughtered and processed on the spot where it was sometimes added a simple iron head or machined to increase its effectiveness. The Battering Ram was the result of the completion of the fixed one.

Consists of a roof for added protection often covered with wet hides against fire and wheels for easy movement of the whole structure. Dimensions 45x25x22 cm.
